Lene Kielsen Holm

Lene Kielsen Holm is Research Scientist and Project Leader in the Climate and Society Research Group at the Greenland Climate Research Centre.
With the Inuit Circumpolar Council Greenland, she worked with researchers and Inuit hunters from Greenland, Canada and Alaska on two key projects, ‘Sila-Inuk’ and ‘Siku-Inuit-Hila’, documenting Inuit perceptions and use of sea ice, along with local knowledge and observations of climate change.
She has worked extensively with local people in northwest and south Greenland, documenting the impacts of climate change on Inuit communities and on wildlife.
